Track & Roll Pte Ltd, a company doing business as Track & Roll, and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Track & Roll”, “we,” “us” or “our”), understands that privacy is vital to individuals who visit our website (“Visitors”) and individuals who register or login to use the Track & Roll services on behalf of Track & Roll’s clients (“Users” or “User”) (collectively “you” or “your”). 1. What Information Do We Collect And How Do We Use the Information?

When a User registers with Track & Roll, information is needed such as the User’s name, company name, business address, contact telephone number and email address. When a Visitor contacts us and/or requests information about Track & Roll, we will collect the Visitor’s email address and other contact information so that we may fulfill the Visitor’s request. Some information provided to us may, either alone or when connected with other information to which we may have access, individually identify a Visitor or User, and that information may be referred to in this Privacy Policy as “Personal Information.”

Information you provide to us directly: we may collect personal information such as a username (work email address) and password, first and last name, phone number, work e-mail address, and work address when you register for an Track & Roll account, use our Service, or if you correspond with us. Information we collect from third parties: we may obtain information about you from third parties, such as your employer, your payroll provider, or your elected benefit providers. We may collect information from consumer reporting agencies.

We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features of the Service. We may use this information to communicate with you, such as to send you email messages, and to follow up with you to offer information and support about our service and your account. We may also send you service-related emails or messages (e.g., account verification, transactional communications, change or updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).

 

2. How About the Use of Cookies?

Track & Roll uses a technology called "cookies" to store session information. A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, which is sent to your browser from a website's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive. We use both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. We use Session Cookies to track your Login status. This cookie is only ever transmitted over HTTPS. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. We use Persistent Cookies to determine from where you were referred to our website, as well as the last user ID that you used to log in. Track & Roll may set and access Track & Roll cookies on your computer; cookies are required to use the Track & Roll Services.

In addition, we may also use clear gifs in html-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients. We may also collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. Although we do our best to honor the privacy preferences of our users, we are not able to respond to do not track signals from your browser at this time, as we believe that there is no consistent industry standard for how to respond to do not track browser settings.

When you access our Service by or through a mobile device, we may receive or collect and store a unique identification numbers associated with your device or our mobile application (including, for e.g, a udid, unique id for advertisers (“idfa”), google ad id, or windows advertising id), mobile carrier, device type, model and manufacturer, mobile device operating system brand and model, phone number, and, depending on your mobile device settings, your geographical location data, including gps coordinates (e.g. Latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device.

Your employer (e.g HR Master, Supervisor), your benefits providers, and any other company or individual you engage with through our Services;

Other companies owned by or under common ownership as Track & Roll. These companies will use your personal information in the same way as we can under this policy;

Third-party vendors and other Service providers that perform Services on our behalf, as needed to carry out their work for us, which may include identifying and serving targeted advertisements, billing, payments, background check Services, Service fulfillment, web hosting or providing analytic Services;

Our business partners who offer a Service to you jointly with us, or who partner with us to provide our Services to you;

Other parties in connection with a company transaction, such as a merger, sale of company assets or shares, reorganization, financing, change of control or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company or third party or in the event of a bankruptcy or related or similar proceedings; and

You can stop receiving promotional email communications from us by clicking on the “unsubscribe link” provided in such communications where applicable. We make every effort to promptly process all unsubscribe requests.You may not opt out of Service-related communications (e.g., account verification, benefits registration, transactional communications, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).

Modifying or deleting your information:

We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services. You may view and modify your personal information and account settings in accordance to the configurations available or as determined by your HR Master. We may not be able to modify or delete your information in all circumstances, as federal and state law may require that we maintain certain types of information for a set period of time. You may not be able to delete or modify certain information that your employer requires that we maintain. Storage and processing:

Your information collected through the Service may be stored and processed in any country in which Track & Roll or its subsidiaries, affiliates or Service providers maintain facilities. If you are located in other regions outside of ASEAN with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from Brunei law, please note that we may transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and you consent to the transfer of information to Brunei or any other country in which Track & Roll or its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates or Service providers maintain facilities and the use and disclosure of information about you as described in this privacy policy.

Keeping your information safe:

Track & Roll cares about the security of our Users’ information, and uses industry standard, robust and state of the art physical, administrative, and technological methods to preserve the integrity and security of all information collected through the Service. However, no security system is perfectly secure and we cannot guarantee the security of our systems 100% secure. In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, Track & Roll will investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Track & Roll collects information under the direction of its Users, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it collects and processes.

Access to Data Information Controlled by Users

Track & Roll has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, or amend inaccurate data should direct his/her request to the applicable Track & Roll Users (the HR Master). The HR Master is able to ammend the data without Track & Roll’s involvement, or will request that Track & Roll assist on the request.
